I have bought every f1 game since 2012. With all the bs in these last two games I strongly belive this will be my last.
Unless they build the next game from scratch and show that the can produce something of quality and make it work form day one. I am aware of the fact that there will be some bugs, guess thats normal, but the level of bugs this last games is mindblowing.
Im also sure that the guys working on this game is doing their best, but the people on top need to get a grip and make this right from the start. Make the patch, make the quality check, test every aspect of the fix, delay the patch if it is causing new bugs, inform the players of the game about the issues at hand, test it and make it right before release.

So i've tried the following:
My total force feedback strength is maximum (150).
I enabled "effects on track" to 100, did a lap, and then set the value to 0, but still there was a slight rumble just like before. Nothing changed. Please have a look at this. I just want the feedback to work like it has been since 14 atleast.. everything else "curbs", "effects off track" work fine.
PS5, Dualsense controller.
FFB on controller is even less since the 1.09 patch😞

The worse part is that EA ARE NOT TALKING TO US!!!

that reminds me didnt f1 2021 launch with the same issue? i remember that i also didnt have any steering possibility on that game when it came out it eventually was better but in the beginning months when that game launched i also had the same problem i remember
They actually somehow managed to make it worse. Zero communication.
The subreddit is clearly astroturfed, as you arent even allowed to post bugs in new posts. They quell any anger by forcing us to post bugs in this obscure random * forum, and NEVER do they reply.
EA/Codemasters trully are s*um. They probably gonna ban me on here as well for using big nono word (S C U M). They dont care one bit, they took my money, they took your money, they are under zero pressure or incentive to fix game for a minority and they get paid for selling this garbage that isnt playable past the first month.
Mark my words, there is a very real possibilty this issue for us controller users remains for months from now, and we wont get any information, communication or reperations after giving these sc*m so much money.Important to note, they have already banned me on another account for using words that hurt their litlle feefees.
More interesting that, even after I had already posted like 50 times with legitimate complaints, they chose to ignore all of them, and banned me for the few posts where I used abusive terms towards them. Again not towards any particular member, in general towards the <insert expletive> of a corporate entity that codemasters/EA is.
They just need an excuse to ban someone honestly. They will hide behind the pretense of civility and harrasment but know that, they have your money, they havent fixed a product you paid money for, and probably the bug you are reporting about is rendering game unplayable for a month (gonna be more) and your money to waste.
Think about it, they have all the power in this situation, the money, your money, and they will fix their product on their own whims. You have almost no practical recourse to get your money back or any compensation for all this time that you couldnt use what you paid for. AND THEN THEY HIDE BEHIND CIVILITY and PRETENSE OF HARRASMENT.
this account will probably end up getting banned, cuz its a nuisance to one of the janito* - I mean cOmMuNitY MaNaGeRs that care enought to read these forums. They will find some bad words, and will immediately jump to thier favourite 'no harrassment and maintain civility' excuse, ban my account and more importantly CHOOSE to completely ignore any of the legitimate complaints that they will undoubtedly find.
