I think we have to assume the following:
There is a general problem with force feedback this year (not only on controller, but also on some wheels). The developers are probably aware of this and did some investigations, but the problem lies so deep in the code, that a fix would take a big rewrite of lots of code. My guess is that they already gave up on a solution, because it would take too long. The only thing is, that the players will only be informed in months, That's why it is not on the "known issues"-list, because IF it would be there, we could expect a solution during the games lifecycle, but as they don't plan to do so, this will be ignored for the next weeks and months.

@Oesi_F1 Man they are just copy-pasting the most of the game and tweaking the settings a little bit. Assuming that there's a general problem is just plain wrong. By the way, the 1.10 patch has somewhat improved the feedback but I'm still getting 0 on braking and accelerating. So locking the tires and spinning up the rears STILL provides 0 feedback on Xbox 360 controller.

After patch 1.10, still not fixed. still the same.
