This is such a strange bug... I personally have no issues with force feedback in general, everything works. But, then again, I am using official Microsoft Xbox One controller.
Though, my issues with FFB in spectator mode seemed to be mostly gone after I updated my gamepad firmware to the latest version (through PC Xbox Accessories app)... But maybe that was just that one race, I will need to test it more next weekend.
Okay, so... a follow-up from my post on Page 21. Seems that a gamepad firmware update was enough to fix all issues I had with my Xbox One gamepad in the game. It stopped vibrating in Spectator Mode, and I would even say it feels nicer now. So, if you have any official Xbox gamepad (Xbox One, Xbox Series, Xbox Elite types), I would suggest to try to update device firmware first through PC using "Xbox Accessories" app that you can get from Windows Store (of course, if update is available - the app will tell you if there is an update or not). Maybe that will fix some issues for some of you.
- @mantazzoLTU I updated mine, the feedback got worse and softer. Wish I could figure out whats going on.
