controller support is terrible

I just tried F1 22 for a few hours. I use a wired Microsoft Xbox 360 controller.

Controller support in this game is terrible, it's even worse than it was in F1 2021. There's still built-in controller filters that cannot be turned off and cause input delay and make quick direction changes and catching slides incredible difficult, controls are even laggier than they were in F1 2021. CM should give players the option to completely disable all filters/dampers/helpers, enable raw input and fine tune from there like we could in older games such as F1 2012/2013.

Also there's a limit on how much we can turn the in-car wheel depending on the speed of the car, this is another thing that CM should give players the option to turn off as it really ruins the steering and often cause cars to understeer.

Another problem is that vibration is almost non-existent in F1 22. In games such as ACC & AMS1 controller vibration helps me feel when the car is on the edge of losing traction, but in F1 22 since there's basically no controller vibration even when vibration is set to max in the settings it can make it difficult to tell when the car is close to the limit of losing traction, by the time I realize I'm losing traction it's too late and I can't catch the slide. F1 2020 was better in this aspect.

I'll keep testing the game throughout the free weekend but if all these controller issues aren't fixed with a patch I honestly don't see any reason to buy this game when there's a number of other racing games out there with better controller support.
