How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? No
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure as It's my saved data.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game won't start correctly and assumes I'm turning it on for the first time, asks me to adjust brightness and volume settings etc.
What do you expect to see? My F1 Life homepage with my save and progress to date on MyTeam/career
Other people have reported this issue recently. It's very serious and game breaking for many as all progress is lost.
