Corrupted game save f1 22

Summarize your bug Basically, there was a new patch to download which I downloaded, when I logged in the game, it says game save corrupted, I restarted my console many times and it didn’t work, please have this fixed by tomorrow because I have a league race in 26 hours

Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So many people on Formula 1 game’s Instagram account said that they have the same issue
What happens when the bug occurs? Account gone, all my progress lost, please help
What do you expect to see? I expect this to be fixed tomorrow because I have a league race in 26 hours

This has now been resolved with a hotfix across all platforms.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Many people are having this issue as well, must be because of new update. Everytime i log in it still has the same message.
What happens when the bug occurs? It prompts me to recover save. It then says it can’t recover, and only allows me to restart all my progress and settings.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my save recovered, soon preferably.

I've just had this issue. How have I had this issue in November of 2023, the game hasn't been updated in months. I was on my career last night and now everything is gone. Is there a way I can fix this? I'm currently reinstalling the game.
