Crossplay Playfab error

Summarize your bug After the latest patch I get a "failed to connect to Playfab" error message upon loading into game. If I go to settings and crossplay and enable crossplay I get the same playfab error message and it disables crossplay again. I can still use multiplayer thankfully but ps5 lobbies only. During your 2 trials of crossplay it worked just fine and have not changed any settings on the ps5 and my psn/ea account are linked visible and I'm logged in so this issue is DEFINITELY due to your update so please rectify ASAP, thanks.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use my PS5!
What happens when the bug occurs? No crossplay
What do you expect to see? Crossplay enabled and working.
I have also tried deleting and reinstalling f1 22 and still same problem.

Thanks for checking this. It looks like the original change hadn't propagated to your accounts correctly. This has now been done. Please could you try this again and let us know if this works?
