[Currently investigated] Error code 503:h

Started the game up after the downtime and got this code and keep getting it.

  • Hey @DRudd13,

the Podium Pass should be back online and your Pitcoins should be displayed again as well.
From our side, we do not see the error code any more, so please let us know if you still encounter the error code.

While we reactivated the Podium Pass, you might see a message in game, that we granted you Pitcoins, which is only related to the reactivation of the Podium Pass. You did not receive more Pitcoins to your balance.

    Thanks for your patience!

  • Not sure if it's just xbox's but probably the downtime just before the servers went back up probably caused it.

    Hey @DRudd13,

we are currently investigating this issue and will update as soon as we can. Thanks for your report!

    UPDATE:
Podium Pass has been temporarily disabled while this is investigated, so your PitCoin balance can be shown as zero. This is a result of the deactivation and should go back to your balance, once we have re-activated the Podium Pass.

  • Error is still happening, keep retry, error goes away and comes back in a few seconds

  • To Fix an HTTP Error 503
    Reboot your server.
Check to see if your web server is going through maintenance.
    Fix faulty firewall configurations.
    Sift through your server-side logs.
Comb through your website's code to find bugs.

    Hope This Works,

    Peter
