Custom calendar

Please add the possibility to have a custom calendar for each season in MyTeam and Career modes.

Especially since you'll add more GPs in DLCs later on, it's unrealistic and gets old to race the same calendar every season, we should be able to remove and add the races we want with a minimum of 16 races and maximum of 23.
