David Greco has left codemasters?

    Hi guys.

    Obviously I can't say anything of what I have done, and I can't say anything of what will be done, also because I don't know anymore myself. It will be news to me as well.

    In 9 years I have worked hard to improve every single aspect of the dynamics of the vehicle and the force feedback. I have enjoyed my time as a codies' first and then as part of the EA family.
    It was one of the hardest decision I have ever made in my life, and I will forever be grateful to everyone at Codies/EA. But like anything else in life, there is a beginning and an end.

    So my time as a dev at EA and in the F1 franchise has come to an end, but not the love for this game and this community.

    Whether with this account or another, I will be around here and racing in game. F1 23 is already in my whishlist on steam 😃

@mariohomoh The only F1 game which was driving horrible in my opinion is F1 2021. Those are F1 cars, normally with loads of grip and traction, and not drift cars from Need for Speed.

Heck, even our boy Lando Norris said that today's F1 games (F1 22 in this case, but can also apply to 2021) are so much worse in handling than real life. This once again shows that Codemasters care about a realism handling model, and EA is ruining everything, just to make the player's life "much, much better".

Take F1 2020 and prior. All games felt like you would be driving a real F1 car, with insane grip and traction. Since 2021, it feels like you're playing NFS 2015 with only cars that have the preset slider set all the way to Drift. 22 was a lot better with the handling, for sure.

    So, I don't want to touch that account, therefore the message above shall be the last :D

    I've added a G on this new account, for my daughter, as her name starts with a G. And hopefully one day she will be racing too :-)
