Happened for me too, MyTeam career 100% race distance in Imola.

I was running 5th, got the warning in penultimate lap (I used S-M-H). All drivers in front of me where disqualified, I pitted, still disqualified. Career save messed up now, very frustrating

    I had the same in Austria (PS5 , 50 % Race , Driver Career)
