Disqualified from race for unexplained tyre violation

i'm having the same issue on xbox x , I played the game before the last patch update, everything was ok,  then played it today & it's messed the game up with the tyres, from what I read in the patch update, EA has put a patch in to fix tyre choice in a race , however I believe this is what has not coursed this issue + you still have a choice of tyre to start the race on, so EA need to fix the patch that has coursed this problem ( I thought patches where ment to fix issues not make them )
