Exact same problem I had on Imola (Xbox Series X). Disqualified on last lap with half the other racers because it said I hadn't used two mandatory tyre compounds which I most definitely did. Only happened after patch 1.15. 

It seems something is going on with the tyre allocations after patch 1.15. Kinda wrecking my career mode until it gets fixed.
