Disqualified from race for unexplained tyre violation

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? I and several NPC drivers are disqualified from a race for an unexplained tyre violation.
What do you expect to see? An explanation of the error or a warning in advance about what we need to do, since I followed default settings throughout.

I completed a full weekend of racing at Imola in career mode, using the default tyres at all times and making the recommended number of pit stops in the Grand Prix. On the penultimate lap, I received a message that I would need to pit again to meet the tyre requirements—something that had not been mentioned at any point leading up to it. (I had already used soft, medium and hard tyres at various stages of the weekend.) So I pitted on the penultimate lap, but the tyres that were fitted apparently did not meet the requirements either, because I was disqualified on my exit for that tyre violation. About six other drivers were also disqualified for the same violation, which is why I am wondering if this was a bug and not just user error. Other drivers who used the same tyres as I did in the race were not disqualified.

    @bundesautobahn7 we altered and selected the alternate in many ways did not help at all always the same message. But it looks like the next update will sort this out

    @Adamg1110 Check the previous post to yours and click on the link. It’s been fixed… it will come in the next patch…. it’ll probably drop when the new podium pass comes in the next couple off days.

    @Adamg1110 What was the outcome? Did you consider using the alternate strat and modify it as a workaround? The default strat is definitely glitched, the total race time looks more like something from a hypothetical 75% race, and you're clearly racing a 25% race.

    I had another problem with mandatory tyres...Before the start of the Canada GP in our Coop save my friend got this strategy from his team. No matter what strategy he choose or how he customized it he always gets the message about invalid strategy and we cant start the race even if we close and restart the app. I think it has something to do with the livery update because after it we also experienced the glith when in Imola feature race all the AI including my friend gets disqualified for not changing to mandatory tyre. It's really shame beacause we are in season 4 of our coop and can't race beacause of this glitch. Hopefully it's sorted out soon as it is happening to many more people and it wasn't before the latest big update.

    I just reported the problem on twitter to @ EAHelp by DM and they send my a link of how to fix connection problems. They are laughting at us.

    This is not normal... so I ask EA. How do I ask for a refund? At least some of it.This is a bad joke for all your customers. I'm fine with F12021 but I just want to claim F122. It's a broken product.

    Also experienced this in 2 separate two player careers with friends, both of which we’ve had to give up on because of this, because honestly it makes it unplayable. We experienced it on: Imola, Miami, Canada & Brazil. Tried the suggested strategy, tried a custom strategy, on one race we did a 4 stop (for a 25% race…) and it still disqualified for not using the correct compound. Unplayable in this state and so frustrating.

    I do Not understand why EA is Not going back to 1.14 so That everybody can play.

    and then work on a new Patch which gives us content of 1.15 and the Solution for This DSQ Problem.
