Im also on PC but do not have that particular issue.. what I am finding however is the LOD of the cars just ahead of me keep popping in and out even when they are only a short distance away from me..like the details on the back of the car , writing on the rear wing and various bits keep popping out of view.
Im running a Ryzen 5600X with an RX 6800XT at 1440p
