Ea play all of a sudden slow and lagging

Hi,

I have a nvidia windows pc that is capable for gaming.

all was working fine, all of a sudden it’s now slow and unplayable. Been trying to play F1 2022 but no joy.

i only really use my laptop for surfing so there isn’t any big files etc.

any recommendations? Bit lost as it’s just happened all of a sudden
