Community ManagerHey, PS4 fans.
We'll need some additional information from those that are not seeing the Play First Trial available:
- PSN ID
- Region you are located in
- Do you have an active EA Play membership on this PSN ID or is it being shared to you?
Plz be quick as our time before the game gets released is reducing and I would expect compensation if I do not receive a trial

Quick question for you all here. If you visit the PlayStation store on both the console and on the web do you see two options for the game? There should be the following:- full version of the game
- Trial for free or $0.00
You are all reporting you don't see the trial option. We are looking to confirm you don't see it on either the console and the web.

The screenshots of the web are attached here. The first screenshot shows the game I preordered and the second screenshot shows the other options available for the game. The only one I can download (really I can't as I don't have the PS5) is the trial for the PS5 version of the game.
