Thank you for the details, we sent them up.
Quick question for you all here. If you visit the PlayStation store on both the console and on the web do you see two options for the game? There should be the following:
- full version of the game
- Trial for free or $0.00
You are all reporting you don't see the trial option. We are looking to confirm you don't see it on either the console and the web.
Is anyone able to provide a screenshot of that they see on both and attach here in a reply?

The screenshots of the web are attached here. The first screenshot shows the game I preordered and the second screenshot shows the other options available for the game. The only one I can download (really I can't as I don't have the PS5) is the trial for the PS5 version of the game.

No, as it can be seen in the screenshot. When I click in the second standard edition it just doesn't show any option.

In your previous screenshot where you searched F1 22 it shows two standard editions. One is full price and one is free. Can you try selecting either one to see if you can download it?
Yes I see two Options and one says “free” but dont appears “Downlad”
The one full priced is the one I have preordered, this shows only a option which is a timer with the time left to be able to play the full game. The second one which is the one free doesn't show any option to download or pay (no options at all).
no! when will this be fixed?
