I have an active EA play subscription and I have preordered the standard version of the game in PS4. A friend of mine has EA play subscription but haven’t preordered the game, and he has no problem to download the free trial

This is just ridiculous now, how can you let a whole community spend money on something they can't even use. It's like going to Tesco's for a meal deal but your only allowed to eat the meal deal once its gone mouldy, jesus!!!!!!
A £50 refund would be cheeky though
