Ea play trial is not available on ps4

im dying to play

Will we get any kind of compensation? I bought the suscription just for playing the 10 hours trial 3 days before the game was released but I was unable to play it (as many other people in this forum) due to the issue in which the trial does not appear in the PS4 Store for the PS4 version of the game. The complete game which I have preored will be launched in 7 hours while the trial still does not appear (and probably won't appear before the game launches) so I will not be able to use the advantages of the suscription I paid due to the issue. 

I hope I am understood and a solution can be found as the trial will not be used later due to the complete release of the game in 7 hours.
