So, I have news. I rolled my Windows back from 11 to 10, and F1 22 now works great. With overlays and everything.
Guys, somebody knows if its fixed with last patch??
Not for me, I'm still getting routine crashes. Can't even complete a 5 lap race. I keep looking for the 1.10 update and hoping. Can't get so much as an acknowledgement from the mods
Had no problems until 1.10 was installed. Since then, constant random crashes, can't get a single race completed. It'll go either 30 seconds into booting up, or during a race, or while it's paused, or just after completing the race during a cutscene, or when I alt-tab out. Crashes to desktop with a blank EGO dumper box. Completely blank. No buttons or anything, just a blank grey box.
I genuinely haven't had this much trouble with a game since around 2003. It's gone from playable with a couple of annoyances to unplayable in the literal sense of the word. It just doesn't want to function.
Windows 10 up to date, all drivers up to date. Like I said, no issues before 1.10.
Edit: Seeing the replies in here saying it started with 1.09 and I'm now realising they're correct. It did crash a few times after 1.09 came out but I only started trying to play the game regularly again after 1.10 because of the Practice Program telemetry bugfix.
