Engine Audio and Tyre Audio/Visuals are inconsistent when Spectating a race

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch an online multiplayer race as a spectator. What happens when the bug occurs? The Engine Audio doesn't sound correct. The car revs will stutter as the RPM increases. Occasionally the RPM will constantly max out when in fact the RPM for the driver you're spectating locally is still in the middle range whilst accelerating. When cars brake it's common to see the cars as locking up in spectator, even though the car is driving normally through the corners locally. This occasionally can appear as the car is sliding through corners with locked tyres all the way through, though this is less common.
What do you expect to see? Engine RPM increases linearly when a spectated car accelerates, with appropriate audio to match. Spectated cars only lock up when the driver locks up locally.
