"Engine" Issue

in earlier versions of the game, and F1 2021, there was an issue of the engineer saying there was an issue. Later it would say it was an engine issue and then straight away say it was fixed. This was changed in a patch for this game so it no longer says that it is fixed. This doesn't fix the issue that it is saying there is an engine issue but you get loads of under steer. Now I have found this to be dynamic to how much wing you have at different tracks, suggesting it is adapting the aero and nothing related to the engine? I know this has been reported before, and the only fix was to remove the engineer line saying "It has been fixed".
