For those that think the issues lay at their own side IT IS NOT!!
We have been able to play the game without (mayor) issues until
yesterday sins EA was pushing us the update.
After the update all went to hell and we are unable to play online.
But on a other note huh.
EA: you guys have 10s and 10s of people working for you 8 hours
a day only testing games. How can it be that things like the qualifying
was so bugged that the grid positions where not right? AI that are driving
like we are in the freaking Rambo movie, and countless other bugs.
You would expect from a huge game company like EA to fix those
issues before releasing the game, but it seems EA holds its reputation
high for bringing out crappy buggy games, and then taking long time
to repair.
Nice one once again EA! Hyping everyone up on a game that
is simply unplayable from the moment it came out.
Not to talk about the shaking in VR even when standing still
is so extreme that you get a headache from it.
On all fronts at this moment, the game sucks 100% *.

HOW TO FIX FOR NOW:
I've been keep clicking on retry every time I am getting this error.
After like 30 times it started to connect. If it happens on your 2 player
career mode also, repeat. You eventually get through and are able
to play ( at least I was ). Maybe it works for you also.
