ERS - Battery drains too fast and doesn't recharge properly

Summarize your bug When using DRS either in any session the battery drains way too quickly, for example at Bahrain I did a lap and only used overtake mode on the main straights. By the end of the lap it was down to 30%, I tried a re-charge lap, set the ERS Deploy to "none" coasted the corners , braking heavily a really slow lap to try and recharge and by the end of the re-charge lap it was only at 42%. When I tried the Race Strategy practice session it was at 2% by the end of lap 3.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Driver Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In any session, Grand Prix, Career mode, My Team or Driver. Whichever team as well, I would expect the better teams to have a better performance ERS wise but the issue happens whether its Williams or Red Bull. Try Bahrain and you will see it draining way too quickly
What happens when the bug occurs? Battery drains way too quickly and doesn't re-charge quickly enough
What do you expect to see? Realistic Battery drainage and re-charging

As above, also please add "All" to the drop down for which area the bug is in. Most bugs aren't limited to one part of the game. This occurs in Grand Prix or Career, driver or MyTeam
