@Meta36I think the settings in your picture are legacy controls which are no longer functional in the game. Remember in F1 19 when we had more control over ERS modes (low, medium, high etc). Don’t think it’s designed to be used to switch between hotlap and off.

That is not correct in this specific context. In practice you can switch between None, Medium, and HOTLAP. In quali, you can switch between HOTLAP and None. However, for some reason, only in quali, the mapping to switch ERS modes between HOTLAP and None doesn’t work; you have to painstakingly go through the MFD menu. How it should work is recognizing the ERS increase/decrease mapping you have set up. I know it’s recognizing the rotary twist because the MFD comes up when I turn it-it just doesn’t change the mode. In race mode, you are correct, you cannot switch between low, medium, high, or None (like in 2019). It stays on medium and you just have Overtake.
