As for better balance. Better consistency between sessions and races. Not one race ai is slow next it’s fast. Ai pace better balanced and not op or up. In different parts off the track.
Better features in my team. My team is a popular mode. It should Improve on what came before aswell as add new features to provide more depth

With regards to your question, I echo what @ScarDuck14 says, as I only play MyTeam. Those two suggestions would improve my game experience massively.
- Brake balance back to the game like early F1 2021
- Full tyre choice in the weekend like IRL
- More saves slots (e.g. 2+ per mode)
- filters in Time Trial
- new training mode: similat to TT but choosing tyres % wear, temperature, fuel amount to simulate each part of the race

I add to my list:
- new tracks 2023 (Losail + Las Vegas) & new Singapore track layout
- clearly new set of 'authentic' sprint races (6x)
- new qualifying format (2x tbc) in which there will be Q1 on (H) tyres, Q2 on (M) and Q3 on (S)
- new compound C0 or better new C1 between the current C1 (which becomes C0) and C2
Nice one, especially classic formula 1 cars, WHY DO WE NOT HAVE WHAT WE HAD IN PREVIOUS GAMES ALREADY? AND EVERYONE LOVES IT.... and its not even so hard, just have more models in the game, what the heck?
Another thing is, be able to watch replays you saved and actually watch from OTHER DRIVER'S PERSPECTIVE, why is this not in again???

Would also just add, there are a ton of small, “low-hanging-fruit” improvements suggested by forum users over the years, that although small, would make a big improvement. Things like accurate rain effect on the camera spring to mind.
If no new game engine, at least a new graphic style. Im feed up with this overstaturated, steril, style.
- @Tomski_PL Saturation does need reducing… But as codemasters only work in extremes… It will go from over saturated to overly washed out: 🤷🏻♂️.
