@ScarDuck14 As you say: Everything except the core (F1 & F2) needs to be removed. Well and except of liveries for my team cars etc.
But what I want to say is, that there is so much potential unused in the whole F2 and F1 career. Especially the communication between driver and team, the requirements of a team what a driver should solve and the rivalities between drivers on track, espiecally between team mates could be much more immersive. It kills definitly the atmosphere that you can easily drive for every team, no matter how your f2 season was. The team should also give more realistic goals for a week. Solving this should increase your acclaim. Like having no crashes in monaco, or beating your team mate in a row or having good results in your home GP and so on.
And the team could be much more present during a race. If my teammate is quicker, I want to hear that I should pass him, if he is higher in the season ranking. If my personal rival (the real rival, which is my opponent in the season ranking and not the fake rival I just chose to get acclaim easily 😉 ) is behind me, I want to hear my team saying, what times he is driving and what I should do. And when I drove bad, I want to feel the pressure. I want that the team let me know, that they probably think to look for other drivers. Everything of this is the core of F1 for me next to the racing. F1 is a sport with so much pressure for every driver.
And next to it, the budget cap should finally be implemented in the F1 23 (my team) career. Money is so importent in F1, so it definitly should hurt if I have a car with worn engine parts or even when I crash. This all should have effect on my carreer.
