You're right @DonBlanko . I am missing those demands from team you could see in 2018 or 2019 where you had goals to complete.
And if you didn't, you got kicked out of team and hoped someone else would take you on 😉
Also, goals could provide extra cash for perks.
Also, Acclaim is fine to set your price but when rivalry is broken, it makes little sense. Teams have demands when you try to sign up with them but you cannot request anything in return.
I would like to have set of options to request from team when signing up, not only salary 😉
@P4st3l1ak Exactly this. The teams should focus on different things. For example Mercedes F1 would never choose a Rookie with almost no acclaim as their second driver. This system also should avoid that mazepin is able to swap to mercedes like we often had in F1 21.
For example could a team want to have a consistent driver who has an amont of X Top 10 ranking in Y races. Or a driver who has a better average quali pace over a season against the team mate. I think of Haas who wanted Nico Hülkenberg because he has so much expierence and especially has a very good consistency over the season in case of Top 10 rankings. All these statistics could be more implemented in the whole career. We often hear team principles saying that they want drivers who have this or who are like this and this and this. Every team is different and has different goals. Williams and Haas focus definitly more on every point and less costs because of crashes then alfa tauri does for example. Alfa Tauri focus much more on the overall pace of a young driver and their qualifying and race pace. Haas is a team with a lot less patience that Williams or Alfa Tauri has for example. Everything of this could make a season much more immersive and would make the teams much more different.
