I'm a league racer so my opinions are focused mainly on multi, but this is my wishlist for F1 23
In addition to all the things I would love to see the setups really change the way the car looks. For example at Monza if I run 1-0 wings, my rear wing should be smaller than the rear wing of a guy running 10-8, same with car height. This can also be applied to the upgrades in myteam/career
Kerbs imo should be a little reworked, some are really tricky while irl they are easy and vice versa (f.e. baku turn 8 and monza turn 4) and some tracks need a major redesign due to being different from real life (spa is on top of the list)
Traction is also a point, the cars are more difficult to drive out of the corners than it should be and this makes people use high gears to be able to floor it (im talking about no assist)
Brake balance is 50% on every track to be fast without ABS and also this is an unrealistic behaviour of the car (I read the post abt the difficulties of making this realistic so I hope you can find a way)
The force feedback is less accurate than it is on other games and this also make me react to the behaviour of the car sometimes too late (slides, lock ups)
Wet weather crossover sometimes is too fast, and inters are op on a inter to dry crossover
Loading times are veeery long sometimes
The tyre warmup on C1 and C2 can be a little too hard and is slower than irl
Fix the various bugs of this years' game (this alone would be great)
Time trial leaderboards cross-platform (being on Origin I never find good setups there)
Maybe integrate racenet into the game, the telemetry software is great
A "practice" mode with telemetry would be the best thing ever, where you can choose what to practice on (quali, race stints, wet weather, crossovers, etc,, with everything customizable including time with infinite tyres) (this can be both solo and multiplayer)
