I've posted this many times but I really feel that there needs to be a BIG focus on making a good online experience for F1 23, for casual and ranked as well as how this will feed into leagues. The sort of league experience you've described is sadly far from isolated, and I'm certain the vast majority of new players will have been massively disappointed by the online experience they found. Future sales are simply bound to be hit as you suggest.

I believe it’s so important that the developers of our beloved game see these posts/threads - you all have such great ideas!
I just think it’s getting far too late to give the developers feedback on what we want to see in F1 23.
I don’t know if you know, but the development team within CodeMasters for the F1 games is split into multiple groups, which has meant that the game is close to being finished. The fundamentals of the game have been already laid. We expect there to be a continuation of F1 2021’s story mode in F1 23, so things like this will be largely completed by now.
I, and many others, think that it’s time to start diverting our attention to F1 24, as the developers are almost certainly currently in the stage of brainstorming and discussing ideas, and the direction they’d like to take F1 24.

As I've said for many years now and codemasters chooses not to listen to the community Here's the things I'd like to see
-Red flags
-Race starts from the pitlane
-Saveable replay's (currently on PC) introduced for consoles via an external drive attached or a portion of the consoles hard drive allocated for it.
- My team TWO player co-op mode
-Tracks left out that we never raced on from the covid pandemic
-Localized weather better on track weather systems (F1 2012)
-Bug fixes & improvements
- Please add a 75% race distance between 50% & 100% I'd be happy with that at the expense of everything else I posted above.
