Expected features for F1 23

Hey racers,

after a long time with reading here in this forum I started to create an own account after the codemasters forum is not used anymore. So hey there! 🙂

In F1 20 and 21 I started to use the forum a lot to get a good view on how good or bad the game is. 2020 seemed to be a very good game, which fits my expierences too. F1 21 had a lot of bugs, some of them were quiet heavy like the AI crash bug in In- and Outlaps. Nevetheless F1 21 had for me one of the best features, the coop mode. And the driving expierences was excellent too. But I noticed that F1 21 was way less good developed (in case of bugs) than the games before, which also was noticable in the Forum. So I started to wait and read more about othes expierences with F1 22. And I don't regret it. After now round about 4-5 month (after the release) the game seem to be as good as it should be - after a lot of good updates.

So my question is, how do you think will F1 23 be continued? Will the game have less bugs than F1 2020 or will it be more like F1 21 and 22? What features do you expect will be in there? I don't ask for ideas. I really want to know what you expect and hope for.

I really hope they will continue the coop mode. F1 23 should have a my team coop mode. And I kind of expect this.

I think the story mode will come back too. Thats nothing for me but I guess its good for new players to get warm with the franchise.

And I think Codemasters will continue implementing super cars and maybe older F1 cars. The editable Players home eg. will stay because this fits to the younger players. Well with 30 years I am young too but well.. you know. :D

But what about interviews? The carreer mode itself?

What do you exoect and hope for? And what do you expect about the release of the game?

@ScarDuck14 Every time you talk about EA slack I just imagine you guys sat around a huge long table like the Stonecutters discussing clandestine F1 23 stuff 😅

It'd be nice if they drip fed some stuff to the community in official means rather than drivers making tenuous and cryptic social media posts.

@TotosHeadphones It’s more me bouncing off the walls posting nonsense and begging EA to get me a high end sim rig😂. I’m not joking 😂

    They resist that too.

@TotosHeadphones Oh, Toto... I can't remember a single scoop or piece of news that I did NOT get from Reddit, media or this forum here first before it being discussed over there 🤣
Most of the time it's nothing of substance bookended by a cascade of "good morning!" on one side and a cascade of "good night!" on the other.

@TotosHeadphones I will say this all except maybe one😇 off the community team are really good towards me. If we raise issues we are listened to and a lot off the time what we say is acted upon. But we dont get any information before it’s officially announced.

I don't expect anything if they cared about us users they would update liveries at low cost and fix the physics a bit and dedicate themselves like the competition to the new game engine. Instead I don't charge the identical game to steal money including yet another * of 2021 .to then be left with online bugs that have never been resolved.non-existent customizations of a race or time trial.we also have walls where there are none (portimao) surfing the net you see xhe that people appreciate an acc more because?besides the simulation more real they have important setups car customization real track effects and made with lasers. online few problems. however in f1 any setup has no differences if you go fast you always go fast without having consequences. I could write a thousand things I'll stop here. I conclude by saying that every year they promise in words things that then they don't do it's been like this for 10 years. it's the fault of the fia not they rightly have to sell
