Extreme Throttle-and Brakeissues

https://gamerdvr.com/gamer/gfxl-slin/video/164100460 Does anyone know about the issue in the video? If you look at brake and throttle, it is completely off of what i press. I am for example fully on throttle in the corner going left, but it kind of doesn’t accept it. I am very certain, that it isn’t my wheel cause I don’t have that issue in other games and the firmware is updated. I also have the same issue with controller.
