Extremely low fps

Hello, I just bought F1 2022 and wow, this is the worst game performance I've ever seen. It gives me 8 FPS.

4k with ultra default setting

AMD 5800x @4.8ghz

RTX 3090 with the newest driver

32GB ram @3600 mhz

1TB SSD

That's not enough to run this game? 

Is there something I am missing? Horrible performance. I ran a benchmark and attached a screenshot. Take a look.

Help me to fix this issue. I can't play this game.
