When it's available. It isn't on Steam yet either, FYI.
It's now available on Steam and Origin.
@jenny_a_m the patch notes clearly state that adaptive triggers have been fixed on PC, but that is clearly not the case - controller feedback is still as broken as it was before, both in terms of muted vibration in general as well as the continuing absence of trigger vibration
