Evening all, myself and My brother are half way through a coop career. We always start as Williams, but have noticed after 10 races or so, the car isn't upgrading as per the r and d. What I mean by that is we notice no difference in performance. We are meant to now be a mid tier team, and power wise, 3rd quickest on track, yet down the straights Aston Martins who are meant to be the slowest, catch us up and overtake us. Point proved itself when contract renewals came, my brother left and went to alpine. I then had an unknown rookie driver with 2 acclaim, and in his first race qualifies 8th, and then finishes 5th in the same car. When my brother looked on his r and d at alpine, the Williams performance should be second quickest out of all cars, which proves it is with the rookie driver, but not my car.
Has anyone else experienced this before? Whether on coop or single career.
Thank you

@lukes7692 That's because the AI are very OP on traction and topspeed. I think this will be patched overtime. For the time being I'll be waiting for that patch before I'll resume my career

Has the AI been modified or tweaked in the previous patches, the ones without official notes, to make less mistakes? I liked what it was at the beginning of the game and I can't figure out if I see less mistakes due to mere chance or tweaking the values.
