EA Staff (Retired)Games gone from fun to drive to completely undriveable for me. Same difficulty and setup as before but now about 2-3 seconds a lap slower than the AI (which was set so I match my teammate) and absolutely zero grip. Add on top the AI's completely overpowered traction (wet race starts are just completely impossible by the way, AI start like it's still dry).
I've had to stop playing because it's just utterly infuriating.

I'm having this exact same issue since the update. Before I was flying through the practice sessions and nailing the times, qualifying still poorly but then having good races (93 ai difficulty, no assists) since updated I've finished in the bottom 3 in the next two races and can't even match the target times in practice sessions. I was 4 seconds a lap slower in Japan than the team directly above me in performance and at least half a second of race strategy program at USA its become almost impossible to play and don't get me started on the OP starts by the AI they are now ridiculous. Don't know whether to lower the difficulty down or whether to use assists (I hate doing both but it's just not enjoyable right now)
