Rightly so? On what planet? The one where a 50,000+ to 1 ratio of pad to wheel users is not considered important enough to worry more about the 50,000 instead of the 1? This would be a catastrophically stupid idea.

I'm on PC and currently stuck using my gamepad because my sim rig is out of action, and for the life of me I cannot get round even reasonably low speed corners without running so far wide I feel like I'm piloting an ocean liner, rather than driving an F1 car.

I am having the same issue. My G920 is now to stiff and inconsistent while driving. The wheel was perfect before what is going on. I have adjusted all the setting on my Ghub on (pc) and in game. This is currently unplayable for me. 

The only one that would need traction improvements is exactly no TC. The rest needs to get nerfed because I'm driving no TC and some of my friends use medium TC and say it's impossible to spin the car with it. Where is the fun in that. + That's just assist without a disadvantage which is broken

s there already an official statement on this disaster? Or are they still counting the money that they took from us?

I agree. I also play with no TC but it's more difficult after the patch. I had to reduce difficulty to half to be able to match my team mate ☹️

I have no idea how someone can say that playing with no TC is easy ... Does it mean I don't know how to drive?

The changes were made by long-term Codemasters employee David Greco. Personally I think all the changes make logical sense but either way this isn't something you should blame EA for.

Do you get tyre overheating if you use the default setups?

All I know is that it used to play fine and was a challenge but not a frustration. now I can't turn and the A.I. is blowing past me 

I also spotted two things after patch:

1. Emma's picture got blank in emails. It was shown before 1.06

2. I had light rain in French GP and Jeff answered "Weather report" request with; "This light rain will stay with us for a while. Dry is the best tyre for now". And everyone was on intermediates because slicks were of no use.
