First, thanks for hearing the community and releasing these updates. As a developer, I know how it works.
Regarding 1.08, I really feel the IA difficulty change so I am trying to raise it until I feel it more balanced again. At F1 2021, I used to play at AI 80. At F1 2022, I had to decrease to AI 50 until 1.07. Now I will try raising the bar again, because I started to apply 1 second per lap to AI.
I'm not a pro, off course, but I love F1 games since F1 97 Championship Edition from Psygnosis.
Not sure if this is due to the patch or only due to difficulty rebalance but I feel that the grid start is better regarding my car performance compared to other cars. Maybe a side effect of AI into straights and its acceleration?
I'm having a lot of fun with the game and I feel it improving after every patch.
For the ones that are not having fun, I would recomend to humbly lower AI difficulty to 50-60 and then start going up. This game difficulty level number is diferent from previous games.
I play on Xbox Series X with a controller.
