@jenny_a_m same problem here tried reinstalling my game and updating my graphic drivers nothing worked

@jenny_a_m I am not able to launch the game at all. I just see a black screen for ~5 seconds when starting the game, then it crashes back to desktop without an error message (Windows 10 - up to date, Origin, all drivers updated).
Also, my DxDiag shows that there is a problem detected with the App: F1_22.exe --> AppHang.
