I know A.I Straight line speed and higher end gears has been fixed, but the MyTeam car gets out accelerated by everyone (including teammate) and handles like a tank.
Driver career doesn't have these issues?
@Leemidds @klimekk1 The key to better acceleration and faster speeds are weight reduction and drag reduction R&D upgrades. And I don’t just mean one or two. Research and upgrade as many as you can as your main priority. You want to upgrade at least 4 out the 6 drag upgrades and 5 or even 6 weight reduction upgrades.
The my team car you start with is super heavy and about as aerodynamic as a house. Once you start reducing weight you will accelerate faster stop faster and corner and ride kerbs better. Reducing drag will make you slippery through the air which will air acceleration and greatly improve top speed
I posted hint and tips thread (link below)when game was released. But it still holds up.
I checked and in my case, both of those things are almost fully updated (like 1 to go in each). It still does not appear to help on certain tracks. Miami for example or Monaco final exit/straight
