Do I need to install the hotfix myself or is the game updated automatically?

On PlayStation the 'hotfix', shows as version 1.11 of the game, vs 1.10 before. I'd expect the same is true on PC so see what version you're on and update if you need to. Oh, and it just updated like any normal patch for me, so I'd guess the same is true on PC.
