EA Staff (Retired)The stat update is mostly small changes on the F2 drivers. Some buffs for Drugovich, Pourchaire and minor changes for many others as well as increasing starting acclaim for the second season drivers up to 6 rather than 5. Random +1 experience for Hulkenberg too. No changes to Piastri interestingly. He's now actually weaker than Pourchaire by some margin for season 1 until his stats catch up.
Some new driver models for Fittipaldi, Sato and Boschung but no one else.. (some are in desperate need of updating like Tsunoda and Mick who look nothing like them).
As for F2 2022 being added.. unless the drivers are available from season 2 onwards then it's not at all an interesting patch. Still waiting for our own stat editor, AI teams able to hire icons and choosing which ones are available, being able to use icons avatars, helmets for our own driver etc.. or indeed many other popular requests.
Zhou still losing Racecraft quickly over career mode and Mick still racing with no helmet when he moves teams...
On a side note, Mika Hakkinen is being added to the game next week on the 17th. The part that interested me on the EA page about that says about reigniting old rivalries with other drivers like Michael.. but that shouldn't be possible since only we can hire them and only one of them which tells me we're either getting Mika's avatar to use as well or they might finally allow icons to join AI teams..
Did they fix rain particles on console as PC players can turn theirs off and our got added back on.
This is a pain in wet races with Crossplay on.
