F1® 22 - Patch 1.12 Discussion Thread

Hey drivers, Patch 1.12 is now rolling out across all platforms. You can find out what's in this patch in this thread here. Need some help? Something in patch 1.12 not working the way it should...

@P4st3l1ak Yes, rivalries is another broken mechanics of this bug fest title.

The "rivalry completed after FP3" thing you observed, happened twice on the same championship.

Another problem with rivalries is balance. I'm in the Aston, third worst car on the grid, and the game proposed rivalries were Norris and Ricciardo, both with a raising McLaren and consistently finishing in the points, while I srtruggle even to get to Q2 :-))

I agree, the algo for selecting rivals is broken, too.
I drive for Williams in season 1 and game gave me mix of Ferrari and Merc drivers as rivals. And I can't even get it out of Q1 atm.
