F1® 22 - Patch 1.15 Discussion Thread

Hey drivers, Patch 1.15 is now rolling out across all platforms. You can find out what's in this patch in this thread here. Need some help? Something in patch 1.15 not working the way it should...

Portimao and Shanghai circuits are now available in Season 2 and beyond in Career modes.
Added an option to allow the player more flexibility in tyre selection per session during a race weekend

    @gladystonff93 hi, how can I manage Tyre selection in my career during a race weekend? Every time I remain with 3 softs for qualifying sessions and 2 hards and 2 mediums but I don't know how I can change or manage it.

      @davidec87 Ok there are some bugs with the tyres currently so this may not work because one off the bugs is tyre selection..

      But if you don’t have this bug. And I’m assuming your playing career or myteam


      Before advancing to race weekend. You have the tyre selection button under the race weekend:

      Click on tyre selection. Will bring up your tyres selected. Which by default should be set to balanced. There you can changed to softer or harder

        @ScarDuck14 I'm in my career on Ps5. Thanks for your message. I follow your suggestion and I see Tyre selection under race weekend but when I enter I just see the grid without any possibility to change it. In fact there is no buttons to move in the grid of Tyre selection. 🤷‍♂️

      Ok, now I can CONFIRM that the TYRES ALLOCATION option is NOT available for Australia.

      It was ok and just fine for Bahrain, but I had NO options to choose before going to the race weekend at Melbourne.

      The game only gave me this option:

      And this is also the option I picked for Bahrain, so.. I wonder if we can only choose the tyres allocation for the 1st race and that 'locks' them for the WHOLE SEASON..

      If so, this is bad and needs to be fixed - we should be able to pick different tyres allocations, depending on what track we're racing, right?

      And if this was on purpose, then I don't think it was a good idea..

      In a way or the other, it looks to me we NEED a fix/hotfix for this, because it's also causing some other crazy bugs (several DSQ for some AIs and players), although I didn't have them myself yet.

      I also need to see what's gonna happen on my next race (after AUS) and be sure if this is a problem that happens only in Australia, or if it's happening on all other tracks after Bahrain..

        @SexyBrigadeirohow long from me flagging your other issue to attention being payed to it? 😀.

        I’ve also listed and passed on all the different tyre selection and Dsq bugs. It’s all being investigated


        As He-Man says…. I Have the Power!!!!! 😂
