F1® 22 - Patch 1.15 Discussion Thread

Hey drivers, Patch 1.15 is now rolling out across all platforms. You can find out what's in this patch in this thread here. Need some help? Something in patch 1.15 not working the way it should...

    I thank the devs before to download the patch because in any case it means they listen to the forum even if sometimes there is also too much complaint.

    I’m curious to check which workaround has been possible for tyre choice during the weekend and I’m confident it will be even better in F1 23 🙂

      • Added an option to allow the player more flexibility in tyre selection per session during a race weekend

      @Nuvolarix Im fearing its only for the player and the AI doesnt do it but i have to test that later..

      Now i want more temperature depth even more as when tyres dont heat up enough softer tyres would be better, when its hot harder would be better.. It could be soooo good haha

        I hadn't considered that the AI might be untouched. AI tyre strategy has been pretty awful since release. If they're not bound by the same rules, it has the potential to result in huge strategic bunnyhops for the player. AI having to pit twice for 2 Softs rather than a set of Mediums, for instance.

        Oh crikey...
