@jenny_a_m Patch looked great, started new career mode and completed Bahrain with the "Balanced" tyre allocation. I fancied going to "Softer" for Australia because I'm super quick there and I discover that I cannot change my tyre allocation in that race, it's locked to "Balanced". So much for flexibility. I don't think the changes apply throughout career mode. A little disappointed to be honest. I'm on PS5 by the way.

@Adt19492022From what I understand, the change is applied to a new season. If you are mid-season it will not apply until you start your next season.

- 3 years ago@Monzstar83 I started a new season and I chose Balanced for Bahrain (Race 1), completed that race, went to Australia (My race 2) went to tyre allocation because I fancied softer option and found it locked out, so I'm not entirely sure that's intended.
