F1® 22 - Patch 1.15 Discussion Thread

Hey drivers, Patch 1.15 is now rolling out across all platforms. You can find out what's in this patch in this thread here. Need some help? Something in patch 1.15 not working the way it should...

Am I right that these wheel rims are only visible from the car exterior, rather than while driving (unless using chase cam)? As such I'm seriously struggling with how this is such a major issue as to prevent you doing a career with Haas.

Yes this is wrong but honestly there have been and continue to be MUCH more significant issues to address with the game that have not unreasonably taken priority IMHO.

    @ScarDuck14 IMHO right now cosmetic things should be ignored at the moment and the dev team just needs to look real close at their product as it runs to see if anything can be done with tyre allocation and the subsequent DSQ problem in sprint weekends, I’ll have to try a new career save and see if it indeed is just the sprint weekend, perhaps I need to select an allocation that wasn’t used in that race weekend and see what happens in a normal race weekend, someone else reported that they used H-M then decided to change to Soft to get fastest lap and it DSQ him, now that’s not very nice, imagine the first instance of this irl 😂 the teams would have a right fit about it:
    “What do you mean he’s disqualified for putting on the soft tyre?! He’s only trying for the fastest lap as before! I don’t care if the game does it, this isn’t an algorithm!”

      @Rapheal629 100%. Gameplay is for me is king.

      Especially in a F1 game. I get I’m old and from a generation when the best graphics we had was a few square pixels. So I don’t understand why there’s real anger because a part off the run offs on a track is missing some paint. Or no leaves and wildlife.

      When I play the game my eyes are focused down the track or looking at The apex. Basically always be looking at where you want the car to go. So our brain better judges braking point, corner entry, and apex

      I’ve no time to look at the scenery 👍
