EA Staff (Retired)I have the same issue since the patch. I believe it has been reported as a bug. Hard and Mediums are locked for Qual which is a problem. This happens for ongoing career mode. If you start a new career (which we don't really want to do) the tire allocation can be selected at the start of the race (at least race 1) and it allocates correctly for the "balanced" and "softer" options. Still this issue with the "Harder" selection I believe.

I've been discussing this issue on another topic at the Technical Issues section.
I thought I found a solution - it worked after testing it for several times - and then this last weekend, it didn't and I kept getting the same error messages.

The game seems to be really overusing my SSD during races since 1.14, causing stutters and freezes. I don't get this with any other game. Anyone else experiencing this?
