- AI are still broken on several tracks like Hungary, Canada, and Baku.
- Qualifying Pace Practice Program is near impossible, same with ERS Management.
- Brakes are still massively overheating with a maxed out car.
And the worst thing, the Checkpoint Challenges of the Pirelli Hotlaps are still impossible on Hard difficulty. I still have proof that it's impossible since 1.15, but nobody gives me any way to send in video clips of it.

Im sry if this is unrelated to this patch, but in 2 player career mode, the tyre allocation is still broken.
When i get to Miami, i have to do 6 pit stops because it says i dont have any more tyres, so it seems like it doesnt give u the tyres u need after theres a sprint race.
i dont have a file for this, but my 2 player career is stuck at the race start with 6 pit stops all softs, i can screenshot that for u, if u need it.
Im not to good at this stuff, so if theres anything else u need to fix this, pls email me.
Best Regards.

My update says 1.19 (Steam on PC) so I am not sure whether there is a skip in patch names or PC got different release.
Also, gameplay seems to have changed quite significantly:
* quali practice is quite impossible to complete, even when achieve best time in each practice (MT, fully upgraded car, top car in R&D list)
* quali - game makes sure you get "expected" position by what seem boosting AI cars' lap times, with quite unbelievable lap times
* in MT, speed trap boost is not awarded even when achieved top speed from all cars
* in DC, game seems to try to "put you in place" based on car's position in roster, even when your race strategy gives you advantage (AI cars behind lap a second faster on older tyres and they seem to have infinite ERS)
* tyre wear seems inconsistent, they go down 2-3% one lap; the next, they fall 5-6% while driving fairly consistently (looks like another "putting you in place" when you gain unexpected advantage)
* some practice goals seem to be impossible to achieve manually but if you run quick FP, they are completed in first attempt (both programmes and R&D boosts)
I would expect we get notified by coders about changes in gameplay. I don't mind to reduce AI difficulty if they "improve" AI to beat you just because you play on Legend or Ultimate level and you still beat AI. I just don't like that all these changes are hidden and you find out during the race that AI needs to cheat to beat you.
(I have no proofs for any of this, though, just observations. So I apologise if I arrived at incorrect conclusions)

@P4st3l1akHavnt played since latest patch but everything you list is pretty much what I and others have encountered this year.
I noticed a lot of this on last years game…. But was told I was a conspiracy theorist😂…. This year they are definitely more apparentIf you didn’t see this thread from fellow conspiracy theorists https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/This-game-does-not-like-you-being-out-of-position/m-p/12012962#M16596
- P4st3l1ak3 years agoSeasoned Ace@ScarDuck14 I know, we discussed similar issues in other threads. But they seem more obvious after this patch.
Game also seems to hinder car development when you have selected "automated R&D". It seems storing RD points instead of spending them on upgrades. And if it does spend, then mainly on major ones which tend to fail anyway.
